EVANSTON, WY. –  On Thursday March 7th, the Evanston Police Department, Uinta County Sheriff’s Office, and the Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation, Southwest Enforcement Team, released results of a joint investigation concerning the distribution of controlled substances in Uinta County. 26 subjects in-all were charged with drug crimes by the Uinta County Attorney’s Office. 15 of those people were charged and arrested on Thursday. The other individuals were not yet in police custody or were already incarcerated.

Evanston resident, Heather Hayden, age 51, Count I: Conspiracy to Deliver a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine, and Count I: Delivery of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine.

Evanston resident, Keneth Hanson-Figueroa, age 33, Count I: Conspiracy to Deliver a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine, and Count III: Delivery of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine.

Evanston resident, Corey Roberts, age 35, Count I: Conspiracy to Deliver a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine.

Evanston resident, Melanie Harker, age 29, Count I: Conspiracy to Deliver a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine.

Evanston resident, Tabathe Pepper, age 25, Count I: Conspiracy to Deliver a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine.

Evanston resident, Meranda Moir, age 42, Count I: Delivery of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine.

Evanston resident, Marcus Delgado, age 35, Count II: Delivery of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine, and Count I: Delivery of a Controlled Substance-Cocaine.

Evanston resident, Taryn Martin, age 20, Count II: Delivery of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine.

Evanston resident, Harley Rhodes, age 40, Count I: Conspiracy to Deliver a Controlled Substance-Heroin.

Evanston resident, Heidi Anderson, aka, Heidi Goodfellow, age 38, Count I: Delivery of a Controlled Substance-Heroin, and Count I: Conspiracy to Deliver a Controlled Substance-Heroin.

Evanston resident, Joshua Walker, age 39, Count I: Delivery of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine, and Count I: Endangering Children-Methamphetamine.

Evanston resident, Rodney “Bill” Blakeman, age 51,Count I: Conspiracy to Deliver a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine.

Evanston resident, Amber Dollar, age 31,Count II: Delivery of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine.

Evanston resident, John Kallbacka, aka, Jason Kallbacka, age 39, Count I: Conspiracy to Deliver a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine.

Evanston resident, Kelly Orton, age 39, Count I: Delivery of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine.

Law Enforcement would like to encourage the public to continue to provide information in a timely manner when they suspect someone engaged in the use and distribution of drugs. The Southwest Enforcement Team is comprised of agents from the Division of Criminal Investigation, Evanston Police Department, Green River Police Department, Uinta County Sheriff’s Office, Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office, Sweetwater County Sheriff’s Office and Carbon County Sheriff’s Office.

It should be noted that these charges are merely an accusation and that the subjects charged are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
