Laramie, WY — Spring practice opened yesterday afternoon in Laramie for the Wyoming Cowboys,
following a season where the Pokes made big strides on the field.

Practice began, again, this year under the guidence of fourth-year Wyoming coach Craig Bohl.

Last season, the Cowboys hosted the Mountain West Championship Game and earned a bid to the Poinsettia Bowl.

The Cowboys are allowed 15 spring practices, to be spread over five weeks.

One of the five Saturday practices will be a practice open to fans to be held at Natrona County High School in Casper on April 8.

The other open practice will be the spring game on Saturday, April 22, at War Memorial.
